Well tonight is a really awesome concert and I cannot attend. It's by choice that I cannot attend but still... The band is Mae and if you don't know of them you should. They are some scrumptious looking guys whose music is wonderful.
My mom had a good day today. She's doing so well that she wants to try and go see a doctor on Thursday, which is quite a task. I think she has become addicted to my smoothies. Little does she know that I've been slipping her loads of vitamins in her smoothies... bruhahaha...I'm a devious child. I entertained her today with my comings and goings.
Hmm...since nothing too spectacular happened today maybe I'll talk about my visit with Kristy last week. I needed a break from my Nana, who has been driving us all nuts for weeks, so I went to Kristy's for a little vacation. We hung around Lakeland and went to this awesome little coffee shop that has the best Chai tea I have ever had. It beat Starbucks, hands down. That night we gave Nate Goad a call and went and hung out with he and his friend Chris. After half an hour of trying to decide what to do on a Thursday night in Wesley Chapel, we decided on a movie. The next question was which one. The guys of course wanted to see The Matrix Reloaded. I wouldn't have minded at all, but I still haven't seen the first Matrix, so I was afraid I'd be lost. Kristy and I wanted to see a purely chick movie, Down With Love. Nate, being diplomatic and all, flipped a coin and the girls won. They were very unenthusiastic but they made fun of the movie the whole time which made me laugh harder. I think poor Nate wanted to duck out of the theatre quietly when it was over so no one would know he went to such a girl movie. Oh well...I'm sure he'll live. I seriously doubt if anyone saw him coming out that they would doubt his masculinity - he was with two girls. However, if he had seen the movie alone, then their would be room for doubt.
Post-Beach Update: I am tanner by a little bit. This is exciting news because I never tan, just burn and then more freckles. Yay!
That's all for today I think. This is the omega.

Jen!! Hey this is Rachel the girl who highlighted your hair during lecture week:)...haha!Sorry to hear about your mother, I saw Vanessa Moore last night and she actually told me and then i read your "blog" today and was like this must be Jen Richards! Anyhow I'll be praying for your mother!...And Mae is a most wonderful band and the guys are incredibly hot and so nice! I met them when they came to Cincinnati! -
Hey Rachel! Thanks for highlighting my hair again. It's been a wonderful experience being kind of sort of blonde. I talked to VAnessa tonight and she said that she went and saw Mae too. Very hot guys! Thanks for the prayers. -
Shawn, I do not know who you are, but you are automatically awesome in my eyes for liking Mae. And to think, it was the concert I pestered my friends to go to that started this chain of Mae lovin'. ::Sigh::
