It's been a while...
1. My nephew, Donald Aiden, was born at 8:58pm on September 7th! He's the most precious thing in the world and I cannot get enough of him!!! He is a shining example of God bringing grace! He is named after my dad!!! Up until recently, no one would have believed that my brother would name his firstborn after our dad, but their relationship is SUCH a blessing now!! We were all bawling our eyes out!
2. I have been accepted to Sacramento State University AND Chico State University, and I'm praying about where to go. I will be moving one of those two places in January. It's all a matter of which nursing program will take me first!
3. I hosted a tea party for a bunch of my girlfriends as an "unbirthday party" in Cambria Mid-September! It was so fun! A bunch of my friends have birthdays around that time, so we had fun celebrating, eating, and shopping together!
4. I turned 26 at the end of September, and I'm learning how even though I'm getting older and taking on more responsibility each day, that that doesn't necessarily mean I've got it all together! I totally flaked on sending in my car registration!!! I was freaking out this afternoon when I realized I'd been driving around expired for the last week! Thank goodness they have a 24 hour call in payment number! I would have had to pay an even higher late fee if I would have had to wait until Monday!
5. I'm passing my Physiology class! It's going so much better than I anticipated and God is amazing me with His faithfulness. Science classes are NOT my strong point (I think that's God's sense of humor in calling me into Nursing... I have to rely on Him even more!!!), but I'm totally getting through it!
I'm very much looking forward to the Fall season and the holidays that are ahead. I'm not looking forward to moving away from my precious little nephew because that means he'll be growing and changing soooo much between visits. All in God's timing, right? I know it will ALL be worth it in the end! :-D
Blessings,
Bethany

Beppie! Glad to read your post! God is amamzing and if you ever stop being amazed, it's time to do some serious self examinations! I can't wait to see Donnie! I love the pictures that your mom sends of him! I miss you and will be finalizing some plans soon to the West Coast in December for the wedding in SF. -
Sounds like you've got a lot going on right now, but it all sounds wonderful. Miss you. -
So glad that you updated. Where is Chico? Anywhere on the East Coast? How many years for your nursing degree? Post a picture of your nephew.
