4D Ultrasound

We got some great pictures at our 4D yesterday. I posted some pictures on facebook if you want to check it out. If you don't have facebook and want to see them, send me a message and I can send you my blog address. Both boys cooperated for their mommy. We got some great pictures of Spencer with Shepherd's feet or bottom in Spencer's face! So neat to see how close they are! They are best friends already! I can't wait to hold them! I can't believe I could have my sweet boys in the next 11-14 weeks. WOW! It is going to go by fast! Please continue to keep all of us in your prayers!

Jess and Julie- Since they are in separate sacs, the ultrasound tech says they won't switch places, so we know them by their position. Shepherd is on bottom, Spencer is on top. As of 3 weeks ago, they were the same size which is GREAT! We are worried about twin to twin fusion, which is when one gets bigger and takes all the nutrients, but right now that isn't happening. We go back next week to get them measured, so hopefully they will be the same! In a few weeks I will go every 2 weeks for an ultrasound for them to be measured.

Oh, ok! I'm glad they're the same size and doing well. Amy had her twins identified by name too, but they did have the problem you mentioned, and one was a good bit larger than the other. Thankfully, they are both very healthy little babies now and everything turned out fine! But I'm glad to hear yours aren't having that issue. Hope everything continues to go wonderfully! :)

That is so exciting! Kudos for not going with rhyming names. They will appreciate that the rest of their lives. I do like the names. Do you have middle names picked out yet, or are you still working on it?

Busy busy busy

Well I'm 20 weeks a long now, so i guess it is time to update. It is hard for me to keep my blog going, facebook and this! I think it is hard now, wait till the boys come! =)

Matt and I are busy getting ready for our twin boys. We got the 2 cribs up this past weekend, but have so much more to do! We are having a garage sale next Saturday to get rid of everything. I am in a cleansing mood and want my house as organized as possible! Even though I'm not due till January, the doctors say to move my due date up a month. I want everything ready for the boys by Nov 1 just in case they come early or I am put on bed rest. That isn't much time. It is so fun though! I have to work in little spurts because I get tired so easily! The babies have begun moving. It is only little thumps, but makes me so excited! yesterday they were moving a lot and my little one that is on top had his foot in my ribs! I couldn't get comfortable all night, unless I kept my hand pushing him down. Maybe he wanted momma's touch. =)

We are going to our multiples class tomorrow. i'm excited about starting childbirth classes! I go to the doctor every 2 weeks and we go for our 4D ultrasound soon. I can't wait to see their little faces! Please continue to keep us in your prayers!

I am so excited. I love reading "their faces" and "boys" because that means TWO of them. haha. I have seriously grown to ADORE twin children! :) Can't wait for y'all little guys to get here. I hope they love me like Suzzy Lee and Sabeth do!! Let me know I can help you do anything!!!

Matt and I have prayed for a blessing of a little one for a while now. God has blessed us twice with us having TWINS!!!! We can't believe it and are so excited! I am 8 weeks along. Please keep us and our little ones in your prayers!

It is amazing how life has its ups and downs. Read My sweet Matt's blog for our hectic day today. I am so lucky to have such a good family! My husband is wonderful! He is always there for me and takes care of me. And what can I say about my parents?? I know I can always count on them! My mom knew I was having a rough week and sent me beautiful yellow tulips to my school yesterday. It was such a nice surprise! I am so blessed!

I know I don't post much, but I am hoping I will be able to stay in touch more once summer is here. School is keeping me busy! Hope you are doing well! What makes you happy this week?

My happy thoughts...
-A loving husband
-flowers starting to peak through the soil
-watching a movie by the fire
-possibility of snow
-Coca Cola Cake
-my intern who is teaching for the next 2 weeks (YEA)
