am I missing something??? mabe AL trees some bigger or somthing because all the trees in this picture look tiny compared to the 2 250+ year old trees at my momma's house...

That is some tree. Thanks for posting this picture. It reminds me a little of the Japanese maple that grew behind out house when we bought the house. Japanese maples are supposed to be small trees...they generally grow with three or four trunks in close proximity but as we discovered, when it began to die and we had to cut it down, all these trunks had fused together to make one trunk that one person could not encircle with their arms and it was about 40 feet tall. I still miss that tree.

Hmmm.... goooodd question. ^That's, not a bad idea! Methuselah is a sturdy and dignified name. It'd be a good name for a dog, too. :D "Methuselah, get back here!!"
