Looking for tennants - House for rent in Temple Terrace

My wife and I are about to relocate a few miles north into Lutz, FL. We have a nice home in Temple Terrace that will be available for rent very soon. The home is a 2 bed, 1 bath, single-car garage, and has a fenced/gated backyard. The bathroom was completely remodeled in mid-2009. The home is located about 4 miles from USF and 1.5 miles from FC.
