k, so that whole diet thing? ya, it was a FAILURE. it only lasted for like 3 days. but im gonna start a new one on Thursday and im hoping to lose at least 50 lbs by halloween. which is like 50 lbs in 4 months not counting the rest of june. but it's totally possible with the diet im doing. im not gonna tell u guys my actual eating plan, but i will post everytime i lose 5 lbs or i have a really good day or a really bad day. so ya, this time, it's gonna work. im not gonna fail. i've tried this diet before too so i know what to expect.

I'm so proud of myself!!!! I had a Cliff bar(a really healthy organic granola bar kind of thing that's kinda gross) for breakfast, a salad with LOW FAT Italian dressing for lunch, and some french bread for dinner. And here's the kick. My dad took me and my grandma to Arby's today and i like looooovvveeee their sandwhiches and curly fries, but i ordered a SALAD(which was actually pretty good) and a water!!!!!!!! NO SODA!!!!! NO JUNK FOOD!!!!!!! I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF!!!!!!!!! And then my mom got us fried chicken for dinner but i had none!!!!!! nope!!!! nada!!!! zip!!!!! zero!!!! and i feel so good about myself! no food guilt at all!!! who's gonna lose 30 lbs in 3 months???? I AM BABY!!!!!!! I haven't done my 100 situps and half hour on the treadmill yet, but im kind of excited to be excercising again. I feel the need to release some energy. Yeah, so c ya!

So I'm starting on Tuesday with the big weight loss plan. i'm really excited because all i do all day at school is sit in a desk and then all i do when i get home is homework so i don't get much physical activity. my school doesn't have P.E.so i feel like i want to release some energy.
im goin to burger king on sunday for my last burger for at least 3 months. i've been craving burgers lately. the thing im most concerned about on this diet is self control. it'll be really hard for me not to cheat when my brothers are dessert pigs. ill really need support. but i know u guys will give me plenty so im not concerned :)

Do u guys have any healthy snacks and meals that you eat that don't taste like cardboard? Do u have an exercise you suggest?

So here's what I'm gonna start doing every day starting on February 20th until I lose all that weight.
1.Completely cut out junk food(with the only exceptions being Easter and my Bday)
2.Go on the treadmill for 30 min. every day
3.For every time that I cheat on my diet, I have to do an extra 10 min on the treadmill
4.I will start doing situps a day
5.When the my pool starts getting warm enough, whenever I have time to get in the pool, I will do 25 laps.
6.Whenever I listen to music in my room, I have to start dancing. I can't just be sitting.
7.NO DESSERT!!!!!
8.On weekends(fri., sat., sun.), the total amount of treadmill time I have to do is 2 and a half hours.
9.At dinner, I can only have one helping, no seconds or thirds.
10.At school, I can't store food in my locker, and I will have my friend check my locker twice a week to make sure I'm not storing anything.
There's more, but I cant think of them right now. The biggest thing I need to work on is self control. And this weight loss plan will really need a lot of it. Please tell me what u think and what I could add to it.
