I got to see Rachel today. I had an ultrasound to check on her size and my amniotic fluid. She is weighting about 6 lbs now and my amniotic fluid has gone down a bit, but no worries. It looks like she is fine.... she must know I am typing about her... she is giving me a few jabs to the ribs! :o)

I loved getting the "extra peeks" at the baby when they were in the womb. So glad Rachel is doing well. I love her name, by the way! So excited to see pics of her. :)

rachel erin was born this morning via c-section! :) she was 7 lbs 2 oz and 18 in long. she has a head full of curly dark brown hair according to carole's mom. :)

Thanks to Facebook, I have reconnected with some of my childhood friends. For those of you that have not moved away from home, this may be a foreign concept to you, but, I have been away from Miami for the last 15 years. My parents don’t live there anymore, so I don’t get that far south. I have lost contact with just about everyone from my Former life. (BB… Before Billy :o)

ell, now for the thoughts behind this post. I was asked what happen to you becoming a concert violinist for the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra? ( I had very Grand dreams!) I told them I had been to Boston once and that’s as close as I got.

Pause….Well, I had to stop for a minute to clean up the SunnyD that had been spilt all over my kitchen floor and break up a fight between my two kids b/c one got SunnyD all over the other one. Yes, what happened to that concert violinist??? I wonder where she is. Is she wishing at this moment to be in my shoes??

I am not complaining about my life, no not at all… I would not trade places with anyone. I love my family, I love my home and I love the life that God has chosen for me. My only wish now is that I will learn to be all that God has planned for me. I will approach my life with the same care a violinist approaches a sheet of music; completely respecting the Creator and bending my will to only follow His melody.

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.” Isaiah 55:8

I love that last sentence before the Isaiah verse. :-) Beautifully stated.

Good to see you last week, you look great (I hope I didn't insult you by saying I could tell by your face that it wasn't long till the baby came - you know what I meant. The swelling that occurs in the face doesn't look bad at all, to me it is thrilling because I know it's almost time!! I remember those days and that look very well.) Hope you continue to feel good and that everything goes wonderfully for you all!
