REMEDIES

Does anyone have any good remedies for a bad neck ache and where you can't turn your head so far without hurting? or oddly burning toes? LOL or any other great remedies for any other aliments we all go through? would be greatly appreciated :)

    Would heat help? Maybe even standing under a hot shower?

    Hey, I use either Icy Hot or one of those herb bean bags. I stick that in the microwave for about 2 minutes and then gently put that around my neck. It always helps. Only get it as hot as you can stand it.

    Hey! Yes it has been very long! I'm sorry:(. I am down at Florida College now. I'm so tired! But Grady Huggins (the guy in my picture) is my boyfriend for a year and a half now and he is down here with me too! How have you been doing? I pray that you are doing well.
