As I'm making a list of ideas/brainstorms of Family Traditions that have begun (that will continue) or ones to foster/grow. I'm curious what others have shared (when you were young or ones you've shared with your children/grandchildren/spare children).
Please share. I'm in need of inspiration and simply some good stuff this Wednesday afternoon :)

It's a precious thing.
I'm missing it terribly.
There's not enough coffee at Starbucks to wake me up this morning.

Here's a battle I chose not to pick, yet am still bugged.
Elementary School Talent Show, 5th grade performers (plus two teachers).
Dance song by popular artist.
The name of the artist is an abbreviation for a popular text expression.
(Side note: I get seriously bugged when my kids are in ear shot of someone dropping this 'bomb'
...AND I don't live in the fantasy land that it doesn't happen or pretend that I've never said THE word.)
So big cardboard sign, with the initial of THE word on stage in front of 5th grades and their families/teachers/etc.
Really?
Note: It's a public school, I believe kids use 'bad' language, listen to 'bad' music. Is all my music streaming from JOY FM? Nope. I pray to raise my children to be better Christians than I am.

Making some fun ones for a birthday party this weekend.
Fun.
Love it when ideas come together :)
Let's hope the kids are bowled over by them!
Big Christmas meal on Christmas Eve - no presents....just sitting around having dinner/talking.
Christmas Day brunch, very casual/relaxed, then opening presents.
That way...no one has to be in the kitchen all of Christmas Day.
