she posted this on her blog a while back, and i have been obsessing over it ever since.


i love the visual dynamics these boys have orchestrated
i love that they deliver completely separate yet perfectly integrated performances
the guy on the right channels Jay-Z's smooth dominant style
while the kid on the left nails being energetically supportive without overpowering the stereo effect
just brilliant.

    As a white boy and someone who can hear, I can appreciate this.

    But I would imagine a truly deaf person would be more than a little confused by this performance and the lyrics involved. :D

    i doubt that. deaf people can still Feel music, even if they can't hear it.
    so considering this song has a heavy beat that's repetitive, i think they'd get it alright.
