this summer has been awesome but is going by really fast. here are some highlights
-going to minnesota camp :)
-going to new jersey camp :)
-turning 18!
-getting swe et birthday pre sents -hanging out at the st louis airport waiting for luggage
-having a picnic at dierberg's
-going to missouri camp :)
-going on a late night laundry run
-seeing sister hazel perform at the arch
-VBS and the Gospel Meeting with Don Patton
i'm so grateful for my friends and the chance that i had to go to three camps... it was really encouraging. it has been great meeting so many new people- i hope we stay in touch! have a nice week!

What a weekend!

This weekend was amazing! Caroline sent us an invitation for the surprise party she was throwing for Jenny's 18th birthday not really expecting us to make it. We bought plane tickets a while back but played if off so that they had no idea we could come. Amanda and I showed up at the Aly's house and when Caroline got to the door she screamed her head off.. I think I suffered from hearing loss. It was an awesome weekend, we had so much fun seeing everyone and meeting some new people. We also got to spend some time with our grandparents and aunt so overall I'd say it was a very worthwhile trip. It was sad to leave today and it was even worse to come home to find out that one of our dogs died :(. I know it has been a really long time since I posted last but I hope all of you have been doing well! Have a nice week!

Emily, your concert was MAGNIFICENT!! I enjoyed it alot. My favorites were The World is Full of Poetry from Earthsongs...Mary Juhl on oboe was amazing...My other favorite was The Snow. Anyway I just wanted to let you both know that you did a great job tonight.

I know it's been a while since I last updated but I've been fairly busy. My family just got back from St. Louis and we saw my favorite person ever! Cameron wasn't there and that made me sad but she took us mini golfing and go cart racing and we went to Grant's Farm. We also went to a Cardinal's game with the family and that was pretty fun even though they lost. John Mayer tickets went on sale this week and since I'm pretty into him I bought 4... meaning you two better be able to come! They were quite pricey but I think it's worth it considering I really want to go to the concert. I can't wait til Cody gets back so the fear some four some can hang out... it's been a while! Levi's coming in town this weekend, too so that will be fun. Well I hope everyone's having a good week and like I said before, I'll post pictures when we find Amanda's camera.

Amanda, Cody, Jackson and I went with some other Minnesota kids to Rascine, WI and had a lot of fun this past weekend at the teen study. We had some really good lessons on impacting our world and it was nice being able to meet other Christians. Highlight of the week: Jackson and Cody had a race along the shore of Lake Michigan, and even though Jackson may have won, he face planted into the water. I doubt we'll ever let you forget that one. I would put pictures on here but my sister lost her camera so if she finds it I'll post some!
