Wow, it's been over a year since I last blogged on Pleo. That is just way too long. Life has been pretty crazy though. With school and work there really isn't a lot of time for blogging. Some good news though, I was accepted to SFA (no big deal), but it means I get to go the Stallings Thursday night bible study. YAY!!! I'm very excited and hopefully I can get reaquainted with some old friends. I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!! I love you all and may God bless you always.
love,
Beka

Wow, it's been a while since I last blogged, so I figured it was time for an update. Well, I thought that these questions were quite thought provoking. This was my dad's lesson Sunday morning and I wanted to share. Don't give me an answer, just think about it:
1. Do you want to go to heaven?
2. Are you absolutely sure that is where you are headed?
3. Do you believe and have you confessed that Jesus is the Christ the son of God?
4. have you from the heart repented toward God?
5. Have you been baptized for the remission of your sins?
6. Since your baptism have you been living the Christian life?
7. Do you participate in the work of the church as you should?
8. Do you study your Bible as you know you should?
9. Are you doing all you should to win souls for Christ?
10. Are you ready just as you are to meet Christ?

I was glad when they said to me "Let us go into the house of the Lord." (Ps 122:1)
Good morning!!! It is a beautiful Sunday and I'm looking forward to going to worship service today. This weekend has been full of spending time with my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. Thursday night I went to my normal Thursday night bible study. We were suppose to be studying the book of John, but Mr. Randy wasn't there, so we sang instead. At first I was disappointed because I've been wanting to study John for so long, but the singing was excellent and we sang some songs I hadn't sung before. Friday night I was invited to go to the lake with the same group of people. That was very enjoyable, I thought we were going to burn the place down, but everything turned out ok. By the way Tyler your hot dogs didn't taste like lighter fluid like so many said they did. Then last night I went to Lufkin to sing some more. The building was full at Timberland Drive and the singing was excelent. Those who didn't go truly missed out on a wonderful opportunity to praise our Lord in song. Well, it's about time for me to head towards the church building.
May God Bless You Always,
Beka
P.S. Who wrote the song Exalted?

I have started studying with a friend who is Mormon. I'm reading the book of Mormon right now. If any one has commentaries or maybe you have had experience with this I would like your input. Thanks alot,
Beka
I was happy to see our meeting so successful. Even though the meeting is over, the work has just begun. Brother Robert is such a wonderful preacher and he has truly uplifted me and I'm ready to do more towards the Lord's work. I want to thank every one who came despite the hurricane. I'm looking forward to next week when I can go back to the bible study in Nac. Well, I hope things are going well for every one and I look forward to seeing you.
May God Bless You Always,
Beka
