THE LEGISLATOR'S PRAYER

"Our budget, which art in shambles,
Nightmare be thy name.

The damage will be done,
Statewide, as it is in our home districts.

Give us this day new sources of revenue,
And forgive us our double-talk
as we raise prices and call them "fees."

And lead us not into the clutches of special interests,
But deliver us from voter backlash in November.

NEW PREACHER AT MEDINA OHIO

On Sunday, March 7th, ERIC KRIEG will begin his work as gospel preacher for the church in Medina, OH.
Eric and his lovely wife, Ashley, are moving to Medina from the Reno-Marietta, OH church. He has been preaching there two years.
We are excited to have them at Medina, and look forward to a good work together for the Lord. Amen, Let it be so, Lord!

    Did I hear Hilary promise $2 billion to poor countries from the USA to meet their obligations to curb global warming? Seems like we're the poor country now with all the debt we've already incurred. And I'm still shaking my head over the President's assertion that global warming is "science," not "fiction." Is this "fuzzy science" akin to "fuzzy math" of the past?

It was good to get to know Floyd and Judy better.
