Need Ideas-
Next week is teacher appreciation week and we will be having a luncheon on Tuesday. Kelsey and I volunteered to make desserts and we need some ideas. I am trying to find recipes for bite sized treats to make- something we could make in the mini muffin tins. If you have any ideas or other recipes that make a larger quantity please let me know. We may also be making soup to put in a crock pot. If you have any soups you and your family enjoy please share. Thanks!

Do a fruit basket, like those ones you can order...use skewers and dip some of the pieces of fruit in chocolate...poke all into a styrofoam ball glued or taped into a nice basket...in your spare time ;)

Oh Kimberly, you made me laugh. I'm just picturing what this would look like in my mind and it looks NOTHING like anything you would be able to order. The answer I was more looking for was- make some mini/bite sized cookies or mini cheesecakes.

Pioneer Woman has a "recipe" on her site for Candy Cookies. I think thats the name, anyway. Refrigerated dough in mini muffin tins and when they come out you press in the candy of your choice. For being completely store bought they look really nice! She has lots of ideas for different combinations.

That is Devon's favorite breakfast. I need to make it again soon. Did Kelsey like them?
