**Update**

Ok so I haven't updated in FOREVER!!! Sorry guys...life is insanely busy and I forget :)

Most know by now that I am ENGAGED!!! I am engaged to Eric Persell who is my best friend and most wonderful guy I know. We are getting married June 11, 2010...110 days! We got engaged the Monday before Christmas so it was definitely the best Christmas ever :) I also got a new job right after Christmas. I was a computer aide at a very small school in Morgan Co. and after Christmas transfered into 2nd grade. I have ten kids...lucky I know...and I love it! So between starting a new job and planning a wedding I've been very busy. Oh and add in trying to find a place for us to live. We are planning on attending church at Lacey's Spring (where I already go) and right now we are looking to live in Huntsville for a little while and then buying a house in the next year. We are very fortunate to both have good jobs and are so thankful that God has blessed us in so many ways.

Sorry this is a short post/update! I'll try to keep up better :) Hope everyone has a fabulous week and is enjoying a beautiful Lord's day!

18 days till I start my summer job at Space Camp!

As we go on, we remember

8 days of full-time teaching left
11 days of internship left
10 days till I go home again
11 days till Job Fair
16 days till home for a break
20 days till GRE

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY:
25 DAYS TILL GRADUATION AND MOVING!!!!

So the next month is gonna be crazy and insane and I'm not sure I could be any happier! It's sad to be leaving Auburn and I'm gonna miss a lot of people but I am so looking forward to moving on and starting a new phase in my life. The past four years have been simply amazing! I have enjoyed pretty much every bit of it and will miss many things...such as football games every weekend. I'm still praying that I will get a teaching job. I've sent in applications and resumes and plan on visiting a lot of schools during my break before graduation and during the summer. I am also going to another job fair so something may come of that. Hopefully I'll get something! I am also waiting to hear back about a summer job. I've had an interview and should hear in the next week. I've also got a few other options for summer jobs so surely something will work out.

And at some point in the middle of all this madness I will be going to California (hopefully) with my aunt! She's taking me as a graduation gift and I'm really looking forward to it. And hopefully I'll get a chance to go to the beach with Bekah, Lynz, and Erica.

Spring Break was great!! I really enjoyed being home and having some time to relax. I did have to work a couple days for my dad but it wasn't terrible. My mom and I went to Nashville to shop and see my aunt...and her incredible house! It was a good mother-daughter trip. I also got to spend a lot of time with my wonderful boyfriend and I am so happy and thankful for that. I then got to see a few of my brother's baseball games. Overall it was an amazing break!

I have about 25 days left of internship!! And about half of that I won't even be able to do anything because of all the state testing. I am so ready to be done with school but I know it's been sad when I leave my kids and leave Auburn. I'm slowly trying to pack up stuff and gradually move it home and it's not easy. I am also keeping my fingers crossed that I will find a summer job and a teaching job for the fall. Not a great year to be finding a job but hopefully everything will work out! God will take care of me!

Anyway, hope everyone is enjoying the lovely spring weather and had great spring breaks!

My internship is going great! I still hate getting up at 5:30 every morning, but other than that I'm loving it! The kids are so sweet and so much fun to be around. I feel like I am learning so much everyday. I am slowly adding teaching responsibilities and trying to get the hang of everything. I get observed for the first time this coming Thursday...Eeek! I'm so nervous and so ready to get that first one over with. School keeps me busy and keeps me pretty worn out so I don't have much of a life right now. But that's ok. I get to hang out with Erica, Lynz, Megan, and Amber on Monday's to watch the Bachelor and One Tree Hill. I love getting to be around some of my favorite girls once a week.

Life is pretty fantastic right now :).

Ok, yeah this isn't much of an update. Maybe I'll have time an energy for a better one later, haha.
