Katie and I like to play skip-bo. Until now we had played nice. If I had a card I knew that she needed I would lay it down. If she was able to play a few cards that would help me out then she would.

However, the other night we decided to change this. I said, "lets play ruthless. Lets not help each other at all and see who wins."

I, of course, won the first game when we started playing this way. Katie won the second.

Dixie must not like Skip-bo because she walked directly on the cards between Katie and I several times. I think she just wanted some attention. so, after the second game we decided to take her for a walk.

We will need to play a tie-breaker as soon as possible. It may not happen until this weekend as I work during the day and Katie works nights at the hospital (I only have a 2 hour window to see her on those days).
But it will happen.

I hope Katie demolishes you!

haha we LOVE skip bo. before we got married when we lived in tx we would play for hours...it was the same way. after awhile we played competatively and it was a blast :)

One Month

One month from today Katies family and my family will gather together for dinner in a momentous occasion. I am honored that everyone will be there, one month from today, for my birthday party!

Thanks to everyone that is planning on coming to Nashville for my party!......which is one month from June 17th....
