A Beautiful Life
each day ill do a golded deed
by helping those who are in need
my life on earth is but a span

"Ye have heard it said, an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth. But i say unto you, resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite you on your right cheek, turn to him the other also. And if any man wants to sue you at the law, and take away your coat, let him have your cloak also. you have heard it said, thou shalt love your neighbor, and hate your enemy. But I say unto you, love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitfully use you, and persecute you." Matthew 5:38-44
These verses perdy much sum up the way a christian is supposed to treat others in rough situations. The verses above describes a person who would not be thinking of him or herself but concentrated on the influence that their actions had on others. The verses describe a person who's cares and worries would not be focused on the body..but the soul. Maybe you hear that someone is talking about you behind your back in a negative way but yet when you see them the next day you smile and ask how their day is going...that is a christian attitude. we live in a world that preaches revenge, but how amazing would life be if christians would actually initialize this verse into their lives? how many worldly people would be touched and amazed to see their anger exchanged with kindness? If anyone ever had the rite to avenge themselves and curse others it would have been Jesus, but yet even after they cursed him, beat him, spit on him and even crucified him, he never did, yet instead asked God to forgive them.....and is it not Jesus's attitude we should be striving to duplicate?

Welcome Everyone!..to the
Christians^Friend weblog. If you are taking the time to read this, thank you, but i hope it will not be your last time...this is only the intoduction. My name is Justin Denton and i have wanted to create this page for years but i kept putting it off and unfortunatly time never stops running - im just glad to be able to create it now. Let me just go ahead and say that Christians^Friend is not referring to me, this blog has nothing to do with me or my life. The title reffers to the Bible - which i think all of you would agree to be the ultimate christians friend (other than jesus himself) Well, i said that this blog has nothing to do with my life but what i meant is that it doesn't have any personal information about me, cause really it has everything to do with my life and if you are a Christian it has everything to do with your life to. The bible is the Christians guide to life, and though this blog is not the bible...i hope you will find nothing here that isn't there and if you do please tell me. There has been others before me that have used pleonast and other online blogs as a primary source to post bible matters, and others who have on regular occasions posted thoughts reminding us of what really matters. I truly appreciate all of you who have done that cause you have helped create this page by inspiration and example and i hope you will continue doing what you do. I've herd it said before that people should not use pleonast as a way to "preach" or whatever but i ask you in what better way could you use it? and how may oppertunities do you have to say something that 9000 or so people can read. Im not saying that everyone needs to go and create a bible page but never be afraid to post something that could change someone's life..i know some of your post have for me. I hope all of you will comment on this page..i would love to here what yall have to say about the different topics that will be posted about here. I am not alone in the Christians^Friend blog i will be joined by some of my good friends later on down the road. I have so many topics i want to post about but there can never be enough so please comment and give me some topic ideas. I truly hope this blog can help you in some way, I know it will help me while im studing to do new post and i will need this page just as much as anyone. I am really looking forward to this new blog and im really looking forward to your comments. I want to say "thank you" to all my christian friends out there who inspire and incourage me every day. I will probably do my first real post in about 2 weeks.
