I love, love, love this time of year! I have had an excellent weekend with my family! Of course I have been busy taking more and more pictures... I would not be Charlie without all of the pics! ;) Stacy, Emily and Dion were all able to join us this long weekend. We went to see my grandparents (my Mom's parents) in Montgomery on Thanksgiving Day. Drake had a blast because he got to spend most of the day outside playing... he would live outside if I would let him!
I did get most of my Christmas shopping done yesterday. Drake is going to have a GREAT Christmas! Although he probably will still not really understand most of what is going other than he has more toys!

I wanted to ask for some prayers from all of you concerning a baby boy by the name of David Rowe. He is just a few months old and was recently diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy. His parents (Oren & Dicree Rowe) were told this week by his doctors there is not more hope for the baby and he will eventually die from Pneumonia. This has been a very hard thing for his parents to hear. His parents brother and sister-in-law (Ron & Carol Rowe) attend church at Edward's Lake here in Birmingham. The whole family is taking this very hard. Please pray that this precious baby will not have to suffer any more than he has already had to suffer. Also, please pray for the family to have strength and rely on God to get through this.
Well as many of you know, I was supposed to have a court date today concerning my divorce. My attorney's office called me as we were about to walk out the door and told me my attorney's mother had died so we would have to reschedule. So it looks like it will be another day.
I (and so many others) have been praying about this situation for weeks now. Since the date is having to be rescheduled I am taking this as part of God's plan. Please continue to pray for me concerning this situation.
Drake is doing well and growing so fast!!! He was Big AL for Halloween... for those of you who do not know Big Al is the University of Alabama mascot). He was too cute and loved his elephant ears... once he saw himself in the mirror! He is my sunshine and gets me through my rough days.
Praying for you still, sweet girl. I know Drake was just too cute!
