a real update

not a long update, but a real one

as of today i am officially done with high school. i can't believe it's over and i couldn't be happier about it. this summer is going to be great. i'm playing dorothy in "the wizard of oz" at MCTI so rehearsals are keeping me busy. hannah and camden are coming in from florida today and thursday the whole family is off to gatlinburg to celebrate grammother and grandadddy's 50th anniversary. i'm really excited to have everyone together for the week in one of our favorite places.

i also have kamp later this summer and another trip to gatlinburg in july. so i've got a busy summer ahead!

    well, let me update for you --- since graduating in 2009, Jamie completed two years at Florida College - spending the most recent of the two heartily involved, in a long distance relationship, and with a roommate who probably could've had her head checked for sanity a few times. Nonetheless - she was wonderful, patient, funny, energetic - and highly entertaining while she was in multiple plays, musicals, and Friends performances. She now resides in Bowling Green, Kentucky with many loving friends, a wonderful boyfriend.... and Hayley. Oh wait....

yeah it's been a while. i've been busy and haven't had much to write about either, but i'm tired of looking at that post.

rehearsals for seussical are going well. we open 2 weeks from friday. my cast is doing 12 shows total. let's hope my voice can handle it.

spain turned out to be a DEFINITE! i'm leaving the 23rd of march and i'll be back april 2nd. i'm extremely excited, but it hasn't fully hit me yet that i'm going to europe. we'll be staying in barcelona which is right on the northeast coast. i can't wait!

baby camden is coming so soon and i can't wait! i'm sad i won't be there for the birth, but hannah is bringing him home to ky in april so i'll get to see him then =)
