Anna Elizabeth Franklin was born Thursday, June 24 at 10:36 p.m. She weighed 7 lbs. 5 oz., was 21 in. long and has lots of black hair. I have a lot of pictures on FB. I'll see if I can remember how to post pictures on here soon.

    Update posting soon. We got the truck but more underhandedness by the company. :/ We're at least still making more than we did and the Holidays may be effecting it a bit as well, hard to say though. Thanks for your support. :)

Baby is coming

My water broker around lunch time today. They are still having to give me pitocin to help get my contractions into a more regular pattern.

Pregnancy/Baby news

Maybe TMI for some guys....stop reading now if you want.

I went to the dr. on Friday. I am 2 cm. and 80% effaced. I had a lot of contractions and pressure on Saturday, but nothing significant since then. We will be inducing on Sunday June 27th if nothing happens before then.

Thanks so much for the sweet thoughts and prayers. Made it to Tennessee and back safely. Was a hard trip.....emotionally and physically for an 8 mo. pregnant woman. So glad we were able to go.

Prayers please

I'm asking for prayers as I learned of the sudden death of my Grandmother today. I can take comfort in the fact that she was a Christian. For this, I am very thankful. Oh how much harder this would be if she were not. We will be traveling over the next week. Please pray for comfort, safe travels, and no complications with my pregnancy while we're gone. Thanks so much.

    I was sorry to hear about your grandmother & then doubly sorry that I didn't make it to the visitation or funeral to hug your neck (as well as the rest of your family's). She was one of the nicest women I've had occasion to meet when visiting a new congregation. She was always ready to greet us with a smile and I appreciated that so much. Praying for your comfort today and that your time with family is sweet.
