prayer and thanksgiving

Evan has officially graduated from law school with all passing good grades...thanks to everyone for their encouragement and support and to God for his everlasting care and love for his children.


Now we embark on a new phase of life...studying and taking the bar. Please take a moment to say a quick prayer for Evan today as it exactly 2 weeks from today that he will take the BAR exam. The stress is mounting...and I can do nothing to help ease this anxiety and burden of a 6 hour 3 day test. However, we know that prayer is powerful and that God has helped his children and us conquer our doubts and fears, so I'd ask that you send up as many petitions to God that Evan and I will have peace on those three days and the months to follow until we receive the results and thereafter.


Thank you brothers and sisters and may God be with you in all your doubts and fears. May we all do our best to give everything to God.

    Will do! We have been going through similar things with Jacob and the CPA exams. It's rough sometimes! I sure he will do great!

    We are so proud of you and Evan...with the Lord's help, Evan has worked so hard and you have been so supportive! You are such an example to Chris and I! We love you very much and will continue to pray for the both of you! We definitely need to have a big party when he passes with flying colors!!

    When/where are you moving? We knew we were moving about a month ago, and we were able to transfer our lease to another Archstone apartment community here in Austin. It was really a blessing not having to break our lease. It definitely happened fast, though!

    I'll be teaching 2nd grade in Katy which I'm really excited about. No more TAKS test. It was sad to leave in some ways but there are a lot of things I won't miss.
