My exams start on saturday! I have so many mixed emotions about them. I am very excited about going home and being with my family but I will miss all of my new friends I've made in Florida, especially Chris. I still have one week from tomorrow until we leave, but I amd going to be so busy until then studying.
I'm already almost all of the way packed except for those things I will need for my last 7 days, but it just makes it that much sadder. everytime I was in my room i realize, I'm really leaving soon!

thats such a good song! anyways... the end of the semester is drawing near and so much is going on!
This week North Blvd is holding a meeting with Edwin Crozier. We have heard 3 lessons so far and it has been AMAZING! he is speaking about Plugged in, High Voltage prayer. One of the key verses he has focused on is Eph. 3:20-21 and its just such a great verse.. chris and i both have it underlined now:) i cannot wait to see what more Mr. Crozier has to say. if anyone would like a copy of the cd i can get them. or i think that the north blvd website has free MP3 downloads?
not only has this amazing meeting been going one, BUT my boyfriend chris is going in for outpaitint surgery on his knee:( hes a tough boy, but i don't like to see him in pain. or know that he's not in enought pain to keep him off his leg until it is fully healed *if that makes any sence :)* but the prayer of a righteous man availeth much! so please pray for him and be thinkging about him on tuesday :)
while we are on the topic of prayer request please also pray for his sister who has been having problems with one of her eyes becomeing imflamed,*i think is how he put it* and is not quite sure why. also for Hanna hodges she was in a motercycle accedent on friday is her shoulder is in alot of pain.
i guess i always knew that we were supposed to pray but it was more of those onesided conversations that you have with yourself when no one else is around because you don't want to be like the pharisee on the street corner. but it is actually a petition to our ALMIGHTY father. its not a bunch of blabbering to yourself. or speaking into the wind. and i dont' think i ever really comprehended how POWERFUL the God we serve REALLY is. i still don't FULLY comprehend but the older i get and the more i grow i see more and more what i have missed out on serving my self.
i haven't typed in awhile but i would also like to share something that was talked about in chapel that really hit a nerve. we are in BATTLE! not just in iraq. we are in a SPIRITUAL BATTLE... everyday! Romans 7 talks about how our flesh is constantly waring against our mind. our memebers (if we let them) are of the flesh and desire earthly, fleshly desires. and our mind (if we are christians) are wanting to do that which is holy, and acceptable to God and WE have to chose who wins. but we cannot do it alone! we are weak. we can't do it with the help of other christian. the devil is STILL stronger yet.. the only on with the power to save us from Satan.... is the Lord Jesus Christ. "take up the full armor of God" we learned today from mr. Crozier that not only do we need our sheild, breast plate, sword, helmet, and to gird up our loins, if we read a verse further... we need to PRAY that is our battle cry!
the lord is amazing.... period.

the end of the school year is always so bitter sweet.
you have made so many new friends and you don't want to leave them....
but you are SO ready to leave and in this case finally go home!
its almost over so i plan on enjoying the last few days with my good friends and amazing boyfirend and then in 23 days finally getting home and getting my life organized again after this time in high schoo... i mean college at FC. ;)
It is always SO good to talk to you! I have a 2 hour layover in ATL on the 21st of July, so if you and Chris can swing over that way that evening, that'd be AWESOME!
Have a wonderful wedding :)
