Lack of Sleep

How is it that kids know exactly when you finally get to bed?? And then they decide they need something??

Brian and I didn't make it to bed last night until about 1:45. Storms are one of my greatest fears, and how the meteorologists built this one up. I know some areas received some very bad weather, but we were lucky here. We let the kids sleep, they were in the basement anyway. Just one hour after getting to bed I get the visitor of "I can't sleep". Remember now that they slept solidly through the storm (from 10pm on!) The next 3 hours were spent up and down with that one!!

Had a lovely morning visiting newborn twins!! They are adorable and doing great!! Can't wait to see them grow.

Kayla has decided she likes to organize the kitchen and do dishes!!!!!! YAY!!! She spent over an hour yesterday organizing and straightening the kitchen cabinets, one of her new chores on the list. Now if I could just get one to love ironing :-)
