So the first few weeks have been pretty great. I wake up just minutes before class and i really don't care about how i look, and the thing is NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER!!! which i love. haha. a really good friend of mine was telling me how much he loved college cause he could be whoever he wanted and no one cared and were just really accepting. Last night he wore a batman mask and cape and serenaded me in the commons lobby on his guitar. It was great! Then we proceeded to sing as he played and began to gather an audience. I am usually self conscious about these things but i had a blast and i wasn't worried about it at all! I went to houston yesterday, it was good to see some of my friends and family. Anyway, I am so glad it's friday and it is time to take a nap. lol

So its my first week at college here at A&M! And i'm totally loving it. Last week before classes started, we were so busy. Yell practices, free food, soccer games, and getting a few last minute school things done. Everything with school is fabulous right now, most of my professors seem pretty cool. First Yell and Midnight Yell are this Friday followed by the Arkansas State game on Saturday! Can't wait. Well i'm off to class!

Hey so i figure i need to update. lol well life is still really great. The singing was amazing and I got to see some really good friends from camp and even had some people staying at my house for the weekend. yay. Everything has been pretty mellow, just hanging out with friends and passing time til i go off to A&M. Right now i am sitting at the hospital with Grandad, who is sound asleep. And trying desperately to stay awake. I just watched Mamma Mia online which is completely amazing and if you haven't seen it you should. Anyway, random thought there is no one on facebook at 4am so if you ever feel like talking at 4am don't try facebook cause no one gets on. haha. ok so now i'm so tired i'm delusional. well i will catch up with y'all later. love ya lots

Same thing happened to Lindsay. No insurance card, expired driver's license and inspection sticker. She got 2 out of three done, but the 3rd one she had to go to court. So I pick her up one day from school, we head to Cypresswood and go into the court at the appropriate time. When they called her name, she showed proof and we were out of there. Didn't have to bother with the judge. Guess they were waiting for the more serious ones to use the judge.

So on sunday at 7 pm my mom gets a call, and i know exactly who it is just by the way she answered the phone...yes i got to go to CAMP!!!! yay! I couldn't believe it, i was so glad. I really needed to go this year and spend some time with my amazing christian friends. I got alot closer to lots of people and really enjoyed the topic this week (Parables). I learned so much, even from something we think we know alot about already. I didn't realize how much more there is to get out of the parables and how many ways there are to look at them. My friends are totally amazing, and were completely shocked when i got there. I can not wait for the singing to see everyone again. and if anyone needs a place to stay, you are more than welcome to come to my house. All week at camp i kept thinking how incredibly blessed I really am. I was able to even get into camp at the last minute, i have fantastic friends, i have a great guy and i am completely happy. and now i'm in Europe with my family....life is great. I am so blessed. So now my request, think about your blessings. I thank God for my blessings everyday, and if you are reading this YOU are one of my blessings. Love y'all.
