My First Sermon

This morning I gave my first full length sermon. I preached on "Nebuchadnezzar and The Influence Of A Godly Man, a Study On How Godly Nebuchadnezzar Really Was." It went really well and I got a lot of good comments. I've also been invited to some of the congregations in my area to preach for them in the upcoming months. I made an some audio copies and I've already had some requests from some people to send them a copy. If any of you would want a copy just tell me your email address and I'll send you one.

Lectures!!!

We will be at the Perz house in 11 Hours!!! We will be spending the weekend at their house. Then we will leave for Lectures Sunday afternoon and take Tia Broadous with us as well.

I will be spending the week at lectures with Geoffrey Knudtson and Robert Speer on campus.

After Lectures we will head back to the Perz and then leave their house on Wednesday.

Looking forward to a very Spiritually uplifting two weeks.

WE GOT A NEW MINI VAN!!! Now for a little story as to how we got it:

Mom and Dad were talking to the salesman and I decided to go get some popcorn while they were negotiating the price. As I come back I hear that he is unable to accept Dad's price for the vehicle so we begin to walk out the door. One of the other salesmen then begin to try and get Mom and I to stop dad from leaving. Before we get two steps out the door, they decide to take our price and sell us the van. So before I could even finish my popcorn, we have signed the new papers saying we own a new mini van.

Sweet!!! Those were real salesmen.
