Hallmark Thought of the Day

My tire was thumping
I thought it was flat
When I looked at the tire
I noticed your cat.
Sorry!

Did anyone see this commercial on Sunday?

If you didn't get the commercial, then you need to watch this classic:

Yeah, we saw it and thought it was great. We had taped an earlier show about the best super bowl commercials in past years, and they showed how they made this one. They are actually going to retire the Mean Joe Green one - hall of fame of commercials - so they made this one to replace it. Just had to make changes in it.

how can they be called world champions when they only play in the U.S....?

While this is a somewhat valid point, football isn't really played anywhere else in the world. They had NFL Europe for a while, but it was a developmental league, somewhat similar to minor league baseball. I think the bigger complaint is in baseball, where several countries have very good professional leagues. I'd love to see the World Series winner play the winner of the Japanese league sometime, just to see what happens...

but when you put americano after it, then it becomes football played in the US. :-)
