Gardendale meeting

There is a gospel meeting at Gardendale all of next week starting at 7:30 each night. The speaker is Barney Keith. On Fri. night the 30th after the meeting Everyone is invited to the Russell's house for games and such.

also at hueytown with david maxon at 7 through friday...i know today is thursday..i just found this blog. but 2 girls from hueytown are coming to gardendale...lynsey hamrick and rebekah parks.

On July, 11. at 5 pm at the Huffman Church of Christ, Mike Thomley will be the guest speaker. afterwards a singing will be held at the Murrell's which is next door to the church building. the address of the church building is 517 Roebuck Dr., B'ham, AL.

This is such a good idea. All the people in the Ham need to get close as brothers and sisters. These two along with many others were the only way I made it through high school.

Hi, I'm Brianne. Mike Thomley is an AWESOME Gospel Preacher! I've heard him preach in NW Arkansas, and in Tampa, FL! He's great!

Definitely a good idea. Folks in the Ham unite! Plus it's a way to get to know folks in our own city that we might not have known before. Again, good idea!

By the way, for those who might be going to the singing, make sure if you play hide and seek around the church building that: 1) You don't use the roof of the church building as your hiding place, or 2) That the cops aren't driving by when you're in the midst of the game. Others will second this, I'm sure.

Hey my name is tommy or tk to some and tkidd to yet others. i have created this nastie site to help those in the birmingham area to be able to keep in touch better by posting dates of gospel meetings and bible studies at people's houses. since many of the ones on here go to camp or have been i also thought this would be a good way to keep in touch with camp friends. sure we can talk online but with a centralized location for messages and this will make it easier for everyone to get a message about meetings. i also would like to get together about every other sunday night. the idea i have is for everyone that can meet at a certain congregation in the area and then go out to eat afterwards then go somewhere for a devotional and a singing.

this can also be used for social events also. thanks everyone so just post your thoughts or any events you have planned.

OH and one more thing. the password for you all to make post is theham
