I'm just home in Abilene until I start graduate school in August at A&M. It is kinda crazy to have a summer with no school and no job. :) I'm glad you are enjoying yours.

I'm starting grad school online this summer but there seems to be a snag in my plans.

The computer program Lamar University uses is not compatible with Mac computers.....so does anyone have a PC, Dell, etc they are trying to sell or loan out?

you can borrow my old laptop.the screen is black so you wouldnt be able to see anything---so you would just need to hook it up to a moniter and youd be good to go...let me know if ur interested.. :D

wow! who knew getting a computer was so easy?? ;) I have a monitor that works for about 3 minutes on average if you'd like to connect it to LLLL's laptop!

FAST! I can't believe how much has changed (and how some things haven't changed at all) this past year and I also can't believe how quickly things have past by (especially when you have a j. o. b.) I am so grateful to still be here in College Station because I love my job and I am growing spiritually each and every day. I go to a great congregation of God's people who have helped me so much just in the past year. I am starting grad school in the summer through Lamar University and if it goes by as fast as this yr did, that would make it a ton easier.

When things go by so fast it really puts our lives in perspective. How this life is fleeting and how we should focus our minds on things above because before we know it...
this life that goes by sooo fast will be replaced with an eternal one

Oh grad school for what?? What do you want to do when you grow up?? I'm thiking about becoming a counselor. :o)

Brian, I just wanted to tell you how proud of you I am. I can really see how much you have grown spiritually! You are a real encouragement! I hope you keep it up! And I am sad that I haven't gotten to talk to you as much this year. We need to change that! Good luck with the grad school, you will do great. Today in my HSS ("high school success") class one of the kids told me he had an English test over Romeo and Juliet today. I showed him the spark notes website and let him read through that to help him study. Yall read everything in class right? Hope thats okay! :o)
