Wow....wow wow wow wow wow wow. It seems like forever and 3 days since I last updated ( a new phrase I'm using...idk why). In reality it was over two weeks ago....How quickly life changes. Thank you all for your heartfelt comments and for all the prayers you've said...They've meant the world to me.

The quarter ends on Friday...Scary thought....I'm 1/4 of the way done with my Freshmen year! Gah!!! I'm just hoping to get all my grades up...Note to future freshmen: Don't take honors geometry especially if you struggle with it.

My friend Cara and I are going to have a sleepover this Friday which I'm really looking forward to... I need some time to be with friends. Its going to be good for both of us...(Cara and Meg were my best friend's last year. Meg and Cara went to school together this year. She was the first to find out) Who knows what crazy memories we will have this time!

Oh and I have a 3 day weekend this week....Its going to be a good weekend. A good weekend indeed.

Today around two I found that my best friend Meghan Azuero died in her sleep last night for an unknown illness. There is to much pain that I can't even describe. She died peacefully and I think that there is going to be a service for her...please pray for her family.

Okay...so next week = parent teacher conferences and progress reports! WHAT??? Where did the time go??? No joke it seems like yesterday I was at Freshman Orientation, looking for my classes! No wonder I'm drowning in work....if anyone wants to help me make Homecoming posters, it would be mucho appreciated! Like Aunt Beth said, I got class secretary which I 3! But there is so much I need to do...like tomorrow I'm doing something that I'm not really sure what it is I am doing....

No one tells the Freshman anything and when we ask, we get looked at like we're crazy. Next year is going to be so much better because as my 7th grader friend put it to me "I'm instantly cooler because I'm no longer in 6th grade"...its the same concept with Sophmores!!! It always bugs me when people pick on the under classes but I know that next year I'm going to be like "they're a freshman"...but I want to be a link leader next year so I can help them out! That would be great fun!

Anyway, I have to dress all nice for this thing tomorrow which has led me to conclude that this meeting I guess is going to be more than just the normal 50 in the class....I'm not sure what I'm going to wear. I think I'm dressing like I would to a family reunion (still to casual?). Ugh! Like I said, no tells the Freshman ANYTHING! Oh well....

So I started high school....and I love it! It is the best thing ever! There are so many new people to meet and new friends to make and I don't even know how to explain it! Leadership (aka Student Council) is fun except right now I have no social life because I have to get ready for homecoming week (its in 3 weeks and the Freshman class has A LOT to do) but its okay! Its fun and great and I 3 it all so much! I'm not sure why I was so scared about starting High School....I'm doing great....There have been a few mortifying moments....

1) I left my lunch in my math class and when I went to get it, my math teacher wasn't there. Instead it was a the Trig teacher teaching a bunch of upper class men. I felt so embarrassed asking for my lunch. *blushes*

2) I tripped down the stairs in my leadership class right before I gave my presentation. Oops....

But it happens to everyone right? I'll keep you posted about how my Freshman year is going!!!!

Wow....what an amazing week that has happened! It was my first week at Senior Camp and I loved it. It seems to me that I got more out of this week than I ever have. It was such an refreshing experince to be able to be around people who have the same goals as I do, to get to heaven! I believe that this week will be able to help me stay devoted to God as I start High School soon (August 5th to be exact). Thank you to everyone who made this week possiable.
