"So close was his identification with God that it was natural for him to equate a man's attitude to himself with his attitude to God. Thus, to know him was to know God; to see him was to see God; to believe in him was to believe in God; to receive him was to receive God; to hate him was to hate God; to honour him was to honour God."

And living is easy.
It's pretty much over now. That's alright though because I'm just going straight to FC--Lord-willing neither I nor FC will explode before then.
Pray for us as we travel, as we transition, as we grow and cultivate. Times are getting heavy and rough, and we all need to buckle down, hope in God, and do it.
"But you, o man of God, get outta there! Don't be like them! Run as far away from those things as you can! But desire to be like God, be like His Son. Run towards being righteous and good, having faith in God all the way, loving everyone so much that you'd give your life for them; don't let go of these things when you reach them."

Lowell's last sermon typified his life, it represented everything Lowell was, every fiber of his being that could not turn from the God who was his Master.
Lowell was a bond-servant, working to pay an ever-present debt, not because he tried to pay it, or even because he had to pay it, but because it was who Lowell was.
God blessed me with him for really only a couple short months. For those short months, I am extremely grateful to the Lord, and I can only imagine the impact he could have made if he were around me my whole life. In this short time, I feel I have known no greater man.
Lowell sent some of our first astronauts to space, working with great men such as Werner Von Braun at NASA, but I am certain that Lowell sent men and women to greater heights than the moon during his work on this earth, for his real service was to the Lord.
Well done, Lowell Blankenship, and thank you.
