*Drum roll please*....

In December 2011, Lord Willing, Justin and I will become parents. =) I'm 10 weeks pregnant, so only 30-ish weeks to go. =)

A whirl-wind weekend just ended, and now I have to prepare myself for a whirl-wind week!!
Our gospel meeting at the church at Westside starts on Wednsday, with meeting times at 7pm on Wed/Thur/Fri, 6pm on Saturday, and then 9:30 on Sunday.
I have work 8-4ish each day, and need to do as much as I can while at the office so I don't have extra stuff to do in the evenings since I'll be busy!!
I also have to plan a meal for Thursday... something I can make ahead and then just pop in the oven when I get home. Lasagna, perhaps? I'm excited to have family visit. It seems like the visits are few and far between, so it is great to see them!
I spent last Thursday, Friday, and part of Saturday up in Buffalo visiting my sister Rachel. Her son, Anthony, is now 5 months old! I cannot believe it. He also weighs 3 times as much as he did as a newborn...not a premie anymore!! He's too cute. I have pics posted on facebook, and a video too. He loves to blow raspberries. =)
Well, that's all the exciting news in my life lately! It is cold here today, but the sun is shining. Life is good!

I've watched several episodes of "Hoarders" recently on Netflix. As a result, my living room is absolutely clutter-free and spotless.
=)
Watching shows like that make me realize a few things ---
1. I could never, EVER live in a house that messy.
2. Even when I say my house is messy, it never looks that bad and there is NEVER rotting food.
3. A good, clean house brings peace of mind.
So I've been de-cluttering and cleaning lately, just to keep the hoarding at bay. =) I think I have enough of my Mom in me to keep it from ever getting close to the "Hoarders" standard. But it feels good to clean it up and make sure. =)
The temp was in the 60's on Saturday, so I opened the windows in the living room and steam-cleaned the carpet. There were a few stains that are now MIA. Woo!
Now that my house is in order, the only thing standing between us and having a Singing at our place is finding a night that people can come! Justin just started a new position at work, and is working more nights now. =P Phooey!

I love saving money. I especially love saving money on things we have to buy anyway --
2 x's 42 ct. package of Prilosec, $24.99 at Rite Aid
-$14 coupon/giftcard on next purchase
-$25 mail-in-rebate
Grand total of $10.98!! They don't let you combine offers, otherwise I would've used the $8 coupon in this week's paper and only spent $2.98. Alas, it is not allowed.
If anyone wants to snag this deal, print the rebate form at http://www.prilosecotc.com/en_US/consumer/PromotionsDiscounts/Documents/Rebate_Form.pdf and mail your receipts (dated by 2/15), UPC's, and form by 3/1.
=)
