I am now a substitute teacher for Plano ISD. Yesterday was my first day; I subbed for middle school special ed and today I subbed elementary special ed. I LOVED it. The kids were amazingly sweet and the teachers have been unbelievably supportive and kind.
However, I'm not very fond of not knowing if I have a job. It makes me nervous.
I hope you're well. I'm enjoying life right now.
It's been awhile so I thought I'd fill yall in.
Adam and I moved to Plano last Saturday. We love our new home and are getting to know our area. So far we really like it.
I start a full time job on Monday. I will be the assistant teacher for a class of 4 year olds and young 5's. I'm very excited about this.
Our life is full of change right now, but we welcome it. I'm so excited for this new adventure in our life.
I started my online spanish class on Monday. As soon as I pass this class I graduate college.
I want to learn spanish.
I strongly dislike taking spanish classes through a college.
I finished my last project and turned it in! I am so ready to be done with school. One more class and I will finally graduate.
I am so thankful for being able to make it through this semester - it's been a long one.
I had the best weekend with my favorite person, who also just happens to be the best husband in the world. We had multiple picnics, visited parks and museums, chilled, went to a zoo and caught up with some wonderful old friends. I was so unbelievably happy; it's impossible to describe.
I'm so thankful to God for the many blessings he has given me. I"m thankful for this weekend and it reminding me of this. I'm thankful for Adam. I'm thankful for the opportunity to have a day and half long vacation. I'm thankful for the friends I've been surrounded with.
I am so incredibly blessed and I tend to take it all for granted. It was a fantastic weekend.
