wow so i know, i'm about to get dogged for how long i haven't been on because it's quite literally been almost a year. this being said (ya'll are gonna laugh at me) for those of you with not so obvious names on here that i probably wouldn't know you're gonna have to tell me who you are :)
ok so i just have to say, i'm ridiculously excited about fc! all of you who shared the same "last year/about to go to fc" experience with me totally know what i'm talkin about. and i also want to say thank you to all of ya'll that were at camp with me(and the others who have just been there). i couldn't ask for better friends and it's completely overwhelming to me the care that was expressed over the past week and really ever. you guys are really amazing and i hope i know you forever. (oh yeah and i'm sorry that i was such a basket case cryin about everything through the week...ya'll know me, little miss drama queen and i think even that is an underexaggeration)
so anyway...here we go, only a month and a half left and half us will be at fc...it's gonna be good guys!
and to everyone else: i'm gonna miss ya!

so, no allison doesn't have mono anymore, and man, she hasn't had that stuff in a LOONG time. and i'm pretty sure she doesn't use words like "phooey" anymore.
since her july update, she's been to senior days, gotten in a carwreck, turned 18, and started a new job at a dealership.

senior days i'm sure was fun, just ask her roommate.

carwreck totaled the car, but allison was ok, just a little terrified to go back on the road for a bit, but now, she has another car.. exactly like her other one, with leather interior. niiice.

turning 18? i can't remember what we did. hmm.

and she loves the new job. she works at nashville dodge... which is like 5 minutes away from our house... but she really loves it over there, and i'm guessing she's done a good job... "nashville dodge, your five-star dealership, how may i help you?" mhm, ha.

so yeah. she's moving to florida in the fall for fc.
no boy.
no social life, due to working ALL the time.
poor allison.
but.. she's doing good.

welp guys...the test came back. i pretty much have some serious mono goin on, what is this world coming to? seriously ya'll, i don't know how i even got this stuff...but i feel like a shannon's life rerun...anywho that's what i got. goin to check for liver damage tomorrow-absolutely CRAZY! stayin in bed for quite some time-phooey! so come see me!

wow so i didn't fall off the face of the earth, i've just beena little not busy at all lately...well, kinda.
so i get back from kamp (absolutely loved it and do every year...but this year was SO my favorite, bein on whit and hannah's team was super fun, and the suities got to hang out and completely overanalyze each other...totally AWESOME)anywho so yeah i was sick while i was there and i felt better when i got back but not much better so i went to the dr...
i pretty much do not like going to the dr. here are a few reasons why:
1. uh yeah...they so made me pee in a cup (and when i couldn't come through they gave me like a pint of oj to chug)
2. they were gonna take my blood but couldn't find the vein...OW!
3. they stuck the needle in the other arm and were successful and took 2 test tubes full of blood, with no ordinary needle mind you...this, no this was in fact the biggest needle in the world!
4. they stuck a massive q-tip in my throat -uh gross me out!
5. they told me i had tonsilitus but that they couldn't give me meds cuz they don't know what else i have.
and 6. they still don't know what else i have(i went to the dr last tues)
so this is in fact my dr horror story...even though it wasn't quite so bad cuz i really just laid on the table forever and my mom works there so i know everyone in the office and kinda special treatment...i still had to go through all that. so that's my update i'll let ya'll know when they figure out what i got...crazy sick girl i know! :) come visit if you want..i'll be here! love ya'll

now we all know i tell stories all the time...well this one is definitely worth the time. get ready kids cuz here's what happened:
so i got this new job right..about 13 miles away from home. i travel by interstate to get to this job. wednesday afternoon i'm on my way home,i had just gotten on to the entrance ramp of I-40 and my truck starts shaking...now it has done this many times and quit after a second...this time however, it did not. it worsened beyond compare. i definitely thought the bed of the truck was gonna fall right off into the road, so i had to pull over (quite a good walking distance from any form of rest stop/gas station). i got out and low and beyond my right rear tire was pretty much oblitherated. i was sad, not only for my truck but for me (i have no cell phone). so yes i walked about a mile to the gas station and as luck would have it...no payphone. this was no ordinary gas station it was really like 10% gas station and 90% auto repair shop run by these 3 billy joe bubba jimmy boys(that only scared me a little). but anywho i called my mom at the gracious service of the billy joe bubbe jimmy boys letting me use their shop phone and i was rescued. and that is my story of the week...
