So...my father knits. And, he's been trying to spread his craftiness like the most dedicated of missionaries. And, well...he got me.I am now knitting whenever I can get the chance. Finding free time when my brain is not so entirely mush that I can still focus and count is harder than I once thought. But, I have completed a couple of wash-clothes, each with different patterns and yarn and such.Along with this new craft has come a new love for reading books and blogs about knitting. I know some of you are probably thinking "BORING!", but trust me, being a knitter requires both a little craziness and a very good sense of humor. I particularly enjoy all things by Stephanie Pearl-McPhee.My dad also has a blog, which is pretty cool. Joe Knits

Married Life

Well, it started different than I imagined. What with Sam being sick the day before, day of, and day after our wedding. And ofcourse, two days later I was getting sick. Fun fun!I think we're both finally getting out from under the weather now and despite this less than ideal start (which I'm attributing to gettin married on the 13th) things are really wonderful. We are both very blessed by having so many friends and family in our lives. So, until the second week in January, when work and school are starting back up, I am getting the hang of being a housewife. Yeah, that's right, you read it correctly: Kaitlin = housewife for the time being.I'm finding it kind of boring so far. doing dishes, laundry, and cleaning the house only fills so much time. (and it really doesn't get too messy when you live with some what of a neat freak) Thank goodness the wii is here to keep me occupied. Sam and I have been making steady progress through Super Mario Galaxy and I have been dabbling a bit with Raymond's Rabbid Rabitts 2 and Zelda. This time is also giving me the opportunity to start in on my reading list, which is nice.Well, that's it for now. Tonight is my night to cook, so I gotta get started on that.(note: one night a week was a compromise from me, up from none.) :)

Hmm, guess I should make a page for more info for the singing. People could always go to the site to hear songs from previous years.

BTW, the podcasting seems to be working fine on our end. I just added http://bellairecofc.com/sermons/feed to my iTunes and it downloaded the latest sermons that I added today.

Just a random post

I think ya'll should check this out. Now, I don't know what your political beliefs are and I'm not trying to start a political discussion here, I just think this guy is worth noting. It is also worth noting that he is a member of the church of Christ. Fred'08I also think this is a play worth seeing, if you can get a chance. The Best Man It's a political play from the 60's that is still very relevent to today and is also really funny.

SO CUTE
