So everything is good. I really can't believe that it is already a new year. This last year has gone by rather quickly, so much has changed in my life. I believe almost all for the better.
On the first of the year i responded to a structure fire, no one was hurt and we could only save two rooms of the house.
So yesterday some things came up at work that made me really questions some of my commitments,and then God showed me that it's all His plan.
We had somewhat of a strange call, its unusual for us to go into certain other districts because they are generally so good about answering thier own calls. Usually someone is always at thier station. So anyways when they get paged out 9 times of 10 we are mutual aid for them. So when they didn't answer thier page we went enroute, the three of us aboard the truck were expecting to be cancelled by the FD in that district (the first FD recieves one page and then if that FD doesn't answer, then a second page with the mutual aid's first page goes out. Sometimes it just takes time to get somewhere to answer your page, so once the first department answers they usual cancel the second department.). Well while in route we are told that CPR is in progress. Once we arrive we start working, like clock work. When the ambulance arrives we get her stable enough to be transported. That's the last we know. I believe she is gonna make it because she was actually responsive right before the ambulance went to the hospital.
Sometimes it's a little scary to be where I am at, so many unknowns. But i know that He is with me and will take care of me.

Life has a way of just showing you what its all about. Today we had a doctors appointment and heard the babies heart beat. I've heard babies hearts beat like on tv and in the movies and such but it's completely different in real life. It was so fast. My baby...... :)
