I was in labor, getting ready to meet my little Ella. It's crazy to believe she's month old but in some ways I feel like she's been here for a year! Needless to say with having a new born, I haven't had much time for anything else, but I know that this time flies so I'm trying to enjoy it as much as I can. Right now she's asleep in her swing so I can actually type with both hands. It's amazing the things you find out you can do one handed when you have a baby. Well...I better get busy while she's still peaceful and not hungry!

if everything comes back positive from my amnio today I will be in the hospital having a baby in less than 48 hours! ah! such a whirlwind lately, but I actually feel very ready. The room's done. Freezer meals made and soon to be in my freezer (thanks mom!). Sister helping me clean my house tomorrow. Bag is packed. Snacks are bought. Paperwork filled out. Just a few more clients, one more dr. appointment and two nights of hopefully good sleep! Here we go motherhood!

Don't have much time but...
Ella will be here in 4 weeks or even as little as two weeks...
Yeah, that's where my mind has been lately :)

Too tired to write all about our trip now, but we are back at home, safe and sound although I will never be able to fly coach again! We flew on buddy passes and got upgraded to first class for the flight back...wow. Seriously. Let's just say at one point they came by with a plate full of warm, fresh, perfectly soft yet crisp, chocolate chocolate chip cookies and actually said "Would you like a cookie?" Jon and I were like, "There really is a place where they say "Would you like a cookie?" and mean it?!" Aside being able to fully recline in your chair, you have an individual TV monitor and a large selection of movies, TV shows, etc. to entertain yourself with, not to mention unlimited beverages, Three course meal, and pre-landing snack which was like better than what I have for dinner most days. So yeah, first class rocks- now if I could just afford it on my own :) OH, cool bonus on this amazing sight-seeing trip. Since we had to fly around the ash cloud, we actually got to look out our window and see the volcano spewing ash. (Jon took some video of it- it will be up on FB eventually I'm sure.) It looked just like it did on TV, lol. Anyway...it's like 4:30am Paris time and although I slept on the plane, the jet lag is catching up with me. More about the trip soon...au revoir!
