9-25-54---A SPECIAL DAY!!!!!

58 yrs ago the Love of my life & I started on a journey together. That journey has taken us many places serving the Lord, where we made wonderful friends and memories. The Lord has blessed us beyond measure. 3 sons with godly spouses gave us 10 grandchildren who in turn have given us 3 great-grandchildren---WHAT A TREASURE.

Again - Happy anniversary! You two are a great example to all of us who are trying to follow in your footsteps! Hope your day is as good as the weather is!!!!!

I'm glad to know that I'm not the only newbie on Pleonast. I don't see my icon on your list, but maybe it's just hidden behind one of the banners. I see that you have added my sister, Jo Ann (Mockinbird). She's the one that talked me into joining. I'm so glad I did. There are some really great people I've met so far online. It's another way for the family of God to cheer and support one another -- and makes for a much bigger family, too.

When I added the above message, it moved your list, and now I can see my icon on your list. Great! I did discover that when you go on your own page, if someone on your list has added something on their page, it shows up as white on your page. Does that make sense?

Just getting around to thanking you for the sweet note on my prior blog. It is a gorgeous spring day. I keep my grandaughter once or twice a week so their mother can go to nursing school. Today we played in the creek it was so warm and sunny. Hope you and yours are well and enjoying spring.

Mrs Bunting, thank you for your note. We won't move in to the new house before baby comes. Baby is due Aug 1st. We may move in to the house October 1st?? I think it will be better to live here in the city for the birth, anyway :) We are in the last couple of days before leaving on our looong trip to the States. Hard to have everything prepared to be left for 2 months!! Wonder if it would work to tell the children to sit still, no messes, no spills, nobody eats... that last 24 hours before leaving!!
