I'm Officially a Red Raider!!
On Monday, I received notification that I was accepted into Ŧexas Ŧech University. :D I will be transferring there in the fall, Lord willing. I am so excited!!
I am really looking forward to moving to Lubbock. Tech is a great school, and I am glad I'm getting the opportunity to go. I will be sharing an apartment with my good friends Kristina and Anna, both of which attend the congregation I plan on going to while I'm there. Our apartment is in a perfect spot; about 8 minutes from campus, 12 minutes from church, and only 5 miles from the nearest Wal-Mart. We have already started looking into decorating ideas for the living room and kitchen. It's going to be great to have our own place! I am so thankful it worked out to where the three of us could room together. It will definitely be a blessing to live with two of my wonderful sisters in Christ.
I am also excited about living closer to him. For the first time ever, we will only be 10 minutes away from each other (which is way nicer than 6 hours. Lol) It'll be great to be able to see each other more often. :)
The church there is absolutely wonderful. It will be neat to place membership at a congregation away from home with so many of my friends, both old and new. Of course I will miss my church family here, but I am really looking forward to being a part of the work there.
So long story short - Our God is great, and life is good. :)
Hope everyone is doing well also!

I need some sort of like button. It will be wonderful to have you there! Can't wait for the fall! -
Haha, Ryan, I was thinking the same thing about the "like" button! So glad you are coming, Lauren! Can't wait 'til you are here (and Ryan we are ready to have you back as well)! -
Congratulations! -
That's wonderful! -
:) Congrats! -
WaHOOOO!!! -
Haha, thanks, that is one of my favorite parts of the photograph. I like names that paint a picture similar to the work itself. Are you coming down to visit Danny anytime this summer? -
That is such a cute (profile) picture!! :D
