So far March has been very nice.
We went to Phoenix last week end to see Gary's brother.
He isn't very well.
We didn't get to look around.
He wasn't able to go out that much. It was a quick trip, but very
glad we went.
I brought back a cold with me.
The flight there and back was good. I had not been on
a plane for 23years.
We are getting back to the same old same old stuff
And I am glad.

Winter

Winter is almost over, just remember that this week when we get snow
everyday. It is all most over. That will help get us through it. lol
Katlyn has a birthday (Granddaughter) end of this month.
I am taking her shopping soon. That will be fun!

    Do you know that we've been known to have a big snow as late as April 25? Yep! I remember a couple of years like that. I'm hoping this one won't be one of them.

February

Today is a lazy day so far, I must get in high gear soon. Need to
Clean house, color my hair, wash cloths. You know what
I am saying. Monday stuff. Or for some people Sat. stuff.
I will probably have to work tomorrow so all must be done today.
Tomorrow (Tues.) two dear friends will be having surg.
Also have Two friends fighting cancer. They are all on my mind and in
my prayers.
Sun is shining today.
Family doing good.
Our house is warm, food in frig. and a song in my heart.
What could be better then that.

January 2010 has started out cold and happy.
Not happy about the cold weather, but it is winter :)
But happy for our health, and many other blessings we have
been given.
My husband bought me a $119.00 coat for a Christmas present,but
it was to small in shoulders, so we took it back and got the same
coat yesterday for $69.00. So glad it didn't fit.
Wore it today to Walmart and it was warm.
My husband got a shirt and shoes on sale also .
our niece is trying to find a low price flight to Phoenix AR
in the next month.
My husbands brother that lives out there is ill and we have to
go and see him. Don't know when we are going yet.
I don't like leaving our house in the winter in case the electric would
go off and everything freeze. But will have someone to check on it.
But even a bigger fear is flying in the winter. Deicing the wings and so
on.
But Gods will be done in all things.
He is in control.

    Love those sales and going back and returning to save money, what a nice xmas present. I do not like cold or winter, but am very thankful for a nice warm home tonight. Don't like flying either, but do like getting to the destination alot faster.

    no with prek we don't have all the worksheets and such...we'll probably just have to remind some of them about the rules and get them back on schedule...We'll review the things we're working on too like letters and numbers and such:-)

Almost the end of 2009

What happened to you in 2009 that was different then 2008.
Well, with me I am grateful to be a year older and be able to
Live, love and laugh.
I found out I am going to be grandma again times two next summer.
Very excited.
I guess I will have to think about this.
How about you?

    Yeah, I can't wait till Amanda has the twins!!! =] That will be great!

    Hmmm, in 2009 my dad's side of the family is having Christmas here instead of at my grandparents like in 2008 and every year before that.

    And we had TWO Thanksgivings here one with each side of the family!
    Instead of going to North Carolina with my dad's side like in 08.
