What do you do when your so-called leaders aren't really your leaders, that is, they have the title but no inherent authority over you? You can't sincerely follow them because they aren't leading you anywhere.
It can happen anywhere - the home, at work, at church, at school.
For a banal example, I had to take a remedial math course when I started up college. Unfortunately the professor didn't know as much as I did about what we were learning. I repeat - it was a remedial math course. How the professor got the job I'll never know.
But I was in there. I passed the math course, but that isn't the point. Do you ever get into situations and positions where the people above you are actually beneath you and you have to play along? How do you deal with that?
