We have all watched a movie at some time and thought "Ok, even I can act better than this!"
So what is a movie you would have liked to have been a part of. Has there ever been a time you watched a movie and thought, "This would have been so fun to be a part of."
I can remember the first time I felt that was "The Princess Bride" the just looked like they were having fun. Another one was MAVERICK. Regardless of how you feel about Mel these days, you can't deny they were having a blast while filming that.
First, Icebox in Little Giants...Not that I wanted to be a part of that film, but at the time I thought I would do much better than her.
And BEING in...the two you mentioned for sure and on the television side of things, maybe Arrested Development, Pushing Daisies or The Office.
As for other movies, hmmm....I always wanted to be a part of the LOTR trilogy, but I think that had more to do with following around Viggo and Orlando.
Myabe a musical or any Christopher Guest movie like Waiting for Guffman, A Mighty Wind, etc...
on tv, of course X-files. i would love to be in Heroes. and i'd love to do a saturday night live skit.
movies... i wanted to be laura dern in Jurassic Park. and i know its so long ago, but it would have been a RIOT to work with the Marx Brothers.
Three years ago today, God blessed me. I have learned more about love, sacrifice, and joy than ever possible. I have not always been a good person in life, but since that day three years ago I have ALWAYS been driven to be a great father.
okay. so that was stolen from the bangles "manic monday". i dont know why, but your post stuck that song into my head immediately.
but in real life, this morning i was so tired, i picked up my chapstick instead of my deoderant. that was wierd.
... woke up at midnight convinced it was 6 am, and went and got in the shower before I realized my mistake. Then I was awake ... but not for long. :) Why were you so tired this morning?? We didn't keep you out THAT late ...
1st do not tag me - i have been tagged so often it is not funny. 2nd Ionce ws so tire I drove to church instead of work. Sat in the parking lot waiting for someone to open up for an hour. FINALLY DROVE HOME AND CRASHED.
haha! thats funny. um the other day i took my shower and left the conditioner in my hair, then blow dried it in and left, wondering why my hair felt so weird... haha
was convinced that the dream I had the night previous was real and I unmercifully interogated all of my friends to tell me the truth. I kept telling myself, "I should have took the Red Pill!"
I wouldn’t say I’m a political man. You won’t see any hate filled rants seething about the liberal agenda or any sanctimonious finger pointing towards the conservative right from this bearded Scottish dwarf.
I tend to lean more towards anarchy myself, and know deep within my heart of hearts that sooner or later, everyone will smarten up and realize that all disagreements can and should be resolved in the most intelligent and fitting manner…Thunderdome!!
Well, I read this article some time ago and long for the good ol' days of gentlemanly fist fights to settle things - there is little chance of death (as with weapon dueling) - but it sure gets the feelings out!
