for a wonderful Thanksgiving with my family. My brother and niece were able to join us for dinner-he works for the postoffice and it is crazy right now-he hadn't had any sleep in about 22 hours since he had to work last night and then come over here. He said holiday pay is really good, though. We had a smoked turkey with all the trimmings and way too much food was had by all. Hope your Thanksgiving was happy too. It occurs to me that this is the last holiday with only one grandbaby. Three weeks from today we welcome Alaina into the family!! Right now, Mommy is catching some extra sleep while she can and the guys have taken Alissa to Home Depot. I'm enjoying a piece of Amanda's yummy pecan pie!
Busy week-getting ready for Thanksgiving at work and then the real thing in Roanoke with Bob, Amanda & Alissa! We have our department Thanksgiving lunch on Tuesday and have a little secret pal reveal-should be fun. Leaving at 2 on Wednesday to head to Roanoke! Then it will only be 3 weeks until we go back for Miss Alaina's big debut!!

Yes! :) Bob moved his desk and somewhat hooked up his PC last night along with finishing the painting. There are still some "touch up" issues, but it will do for now. :) Things are getting ready! Can't wait to see you guys!!!
Well, after messing around with the sinus stuff off and on for a month, I went to my regular doctor. I saw brand X doctor last month who gave me some Doxycyline which made me feel better as long as I was taking it. So I saw my regular Dr. yesterday and he listened and looked and frowned (which he generally does anyway) and pulled out the big guns. I have 5 days of Levaquin 750mg which should kill anything. I really do already feel better this morning, so I guess it's working.

Add to that vitamin C the nasal flush! Get a Nettie Pot and some sea salt! You would not believe the difference in that! The Levaquin is so strong, make sure you get some good flora in you during your taking it! And for 4 days afterward! Sinuses are the pitts when they are not working right! Hang in there!!
