november is certanily here up on us with a cold snap... i cant believe how cold it is todya. I am here in the big O for the thanksgiving dinner at the adams village, the membrs of southside where my perents go, does this each year, so it will be a good time, just a very cold night.

the work week next week will be very short. THe school is closed from wed- sunday, and i will be off from lapetite from thursday on . so it will b a nice long break and will be nice to be here in the big o for a few days.

my grandfather went home from the nursing home yesterday, and seems to be doing well. grandma will be going home on tuesdy, andshe is really looking forward to it. although were not sure she is ready , so will see,. well got to go get ready for tonight

I cant believe that November is already here/. where has this year gone? today was my day off from FCA. we were closed today, but will be open for election day go figure... so i spent the afternoon cleaning up the apartment while i had a few minutes to do so. the rest of the week will be busy. with voting, school, bible study, and house/ dog sitting, then to ownesboro for a gospel meeting, i thbought i better get as much done as i could..

my grand parents are still in the nursing home. gpa is doing lots better, and is making great progress. but grandma has a long road ahead of her. she is slowly progressing , but still not eating much, and only weighs 97 pounds, and having back pain still. so it will be a long hall for her. our family could still use prayers as we figure all of this out.

well after almost a week in arkansas , caring for my grandparents , mom and dad finally got to come home. they got back yesterday, and i m sure they are glad to be home.

they left tuesday morning, after talking to my grand father who had passed out , and had to be taken to the hospital, and my grandma who was week, was also taken back to the hopsital because she was to sick to be by her self and was not eating,. so they were arcross the hall from each other. grandpa was taken to the nursing home later for rehab, and is still there for the next couple of weeks. but grandma remained in the hospital on a rollercoster. one day was good and the next day was bad. she is eating a little now and will be transported today to the nursing home. she thinks its only for a short time , but we will see. she cant care for her self. and my grandfatehr needs help so we will have to wait and see what happens. i cant beleive that this is the last week of october. it doesnt seem possible. I have my costume ready for the party friday night.

today is my moms birthday, so i am in owensboro to be with her for that day! I made her a cake, (my first one to make and decorate). it was a lot of fun but harder than i thought it would be!!

my grand mother is very sick right now. she has been home from the hosptial for about two weeks now, and can not eat. i think all she had to day was ensure. she is nauses so eating doensnt appeal to her. when she came home from the hospital she weighed 94 pounds, but that was two weeks ago, and i am sure that now she is a lot less. my parents are very worried about her. she and my grandfather live in akansas, so it is 10 hrs away... we ae relying on the church family there to care for her right now. we wish we could e closer. my uncle is going next week , and we are hoping he can help her and my grand dad while he is there. our family could use prayers in this regard.

This past week has been pretty good. have been out for fall break since last friday.... i came home last thursday night for an MRI. and stayed till monday morning when i had to return to bg for work at Lapetite. the MRI was on my knee. which has been bothering me for a while. so i will get the results tommorow. thus im in ownesboro again.

the week was very busy. monday night i went to Lehman ave to a gospel meeting, it was good. then i was home tuesdya night. and church last night., I worked all week at Lapetite . and now i am at mom and dads. but i am coming back to town sat afternoon, for a cook out and hay ride at a family from lehman ave. this will be fun, and it is on a farm , where the famly has sheep, which was my 4-H project several years ago. i have known this family a long time, because there daughters and son go to FCA where i work and have for several years. it will be a good time. i will up date tommorow after my drs appt . hopefuylly no surgery is needed.

Edit:: well i went to the dr this morning, and he said that i have a very severe slow healing bone burise, abnd that with time,exercise, and some pain & anti inflamitorie meds it should get better.i go back in 2 months!! good news
