Justin Dobbs will be speaking about our fellowship with Christ and each other.
Our relationships with each other as Christians is
dependent on our relationship with Him; likewise our relationship with Christ is dependent on our relationships with our Lord. Therefore, an understanding of fellowship and discipline is imperative for anyone who seeks a oneness with God. Two specific aspects of these concepts are love and holiness.
This is a Bible study held at my home the fourth Saturday of every month. The study begins at 7pm and usually last 45 minutes to 1 hour. After the study, we generally sing for about 30 minutes. After the singing, there will be plenty of time for snacking and socializing.
Remember that time i scared the poo outta you (not literallly)? (By the time you read this, that will be a very very very old memory, so hopefully it will make you laugh to recall it!) ;)
Place: Dodge City Town Hall
130 Howard Circle
Hanceville, AL
Date: May 27, 2007
Time: 12:30-12:30
We'll all get together to socialize in the afternoon starting around 12:30-1:00pm. We'll play cards, board games, and if it's nice outside we'll have some outdoor events.
In the afternoon there will not be a meal but if you would like to bring snacks, that would be great.
We'll then be going to worship about 5:15-5:30. Everyone is invited to attend at Bethesda at 6:00pm if you like.
On Sunday night after chuch, several of the ladies will bring covered dishes to the Town Hall. We'll have a meal and socialize a little more starting around 7:15-7:30. Then, when everyone has had their fill, we'll begin singing. The singing usually starts around 8:15 and it will last until we're tired.
Everyone is invited to come, so bring as many with you as you can. Please bring a drink or snack or dessert so that the nice ladies at Bethesda won't have to cook it all. Thanks

I hope to see several of you in town sometime this weekend. If you are gonna be in town for Jess and Nic's wedding and you would like to come Sunday, let me know if you need a place to stay. No worries, the wedding is about 10 minutes from the Town Hall.
You are awesome. Thanks to you two for coming down last night. We ALWAYS love seeing you. We will see you Sunday, Lord willing. Be cool bro ~ Momma Prezz
Adam's Sister (Lydia) went to school with J and I. Adam's parents live maybe 2 minutes from us! So, he lived two minutes from us until last weekend -- he graduated and got a job in Denver. I"ll tell him you said Hello! He's pretty fun! Have a GREAT weekend with my sis. :)
welp. . .we got the posts set and most of the rails up! Yeah using post hole diggers is not a lot of fun when you are digging in dried clay. But hey, our fence is coming right along and then the sprinkler system. . .
Can you tell me the name of the congregation you were recommending? We will be going down the week of the 18th and I'd like to visit there. Sorry we missed the singing. Not feeling well. Catch ya later...
Thanks! It's coming along slowly... :) It's actually June 16th, but I don't think we'll be able to go this year..we have a wedding to go to and Jason's preaching that Sunday in Tennessee. But, we're going to one this weekend in Blairsville, GA and there's one in Montgomery AL in September.
