I never said there was anything wrong with football or liking it or rooting for your team. I love watching football on Saturdays and I agree, Saturdays aren't as exciting in the off season. BUT, I know a ton of people who can allow their team's performance to affect their mood for the rest of the day/week/month/year and that seems a little too extreme for me. When football starts to become more important than relationships with other people or work or what have you, then that's where I draw the line. But I understand that's just my opinion. Ron Paul 12-18-07 10:38pm CST I'm curious what everyone else thinks about Ron Paul. I've seen the internet hype, but haven't really heard many people I knows views on him. Discuss. soccer_warrior04 He's getting major support on the Alabama campus. I don't know how electable he is, just because he would get rid of much of the useless government agencies, and that might frighten some folks, but I like him. He's a strict Constitutionalist, which I think this country really needs. Like I said, I don't know if he'd win the nomination, but he's definitely got some very intriguing ideas. I'd vote for him.  shadow He's somewhat great and somewhat of a retard. Dissolve the FBI, CIA, Homeland Security, IRS ... just because of bureaucracy? You can improve efficiency of things and make them cost-effective and worthwhile. He takes the strict constitutionalism too far in my mind.   soccer_warrior04 check my page. the video is a little long, and it's a campaign video so it's pro-Ron Paul, but it's pretty good.  apbooklover04 He is by far the best choice out of all the other candidates. Don't just listen to what the main-stream media says and don't just watch the debates where he gets 20 seconds to say his piece. Go to his official website and read his stances on the issues. I disagree with him on a few things, but for the most part, what he says makes total sense and he has reasons to back them up. Just didn't want to throw that out there before I got some views. I don't think he's really going to get elected though.
