I remember when I finally learned how to do a tight roll consistently and then when I got to the first day of school that year, I noticed that nobody else was doing that anymore and I felt like such a dork.
We did friendship pins, staftey pins with little beads on them and put them on our shoelaces. We were too cool.
Hey, I just realized that it didn't mention leg warmers!! Anyone remember those??
